The Grind is a fictional coffee brand inspired by antique iron cast coffee grinders. The project explores a cohesive brand identity that blends historical craftsmanship with a modern, approachable aesthetic, covering logo design, packaging, and brand collateral.
My Role
Designed the logo, packaging, and overall visual identity, translating the intricate, vintage elements of antique coffee grinders into a clean, modern style while maintaining a sense of heritage and craftsmanship.
The Challenge
Fusing the detailed, mechanical aesthetic of antique grinders with a contemporary, appealing brand identity without losing the essence of tradition. Packaging had to balance old-world charm with modern functionality and consumer appeal.
